As a custom manufacturer, we are able to produce the exact product that you specify based on your unique needs or desires. Our product is not mass produced and then customized for you. Each and every shutter is crafted to the specifications of each window.

Our typical product is manufactured from the finest quality (FAS grade) North American poplar. Hardwood shutters are long lasting, very durable and extremely energy efficient. The natural beauty and strength of a hardwood shutter is far superior to any  synthetic product on the market today.

Within our defined areas, our representative will personally take all field measurements at the job site. We will consult with you as to the many different styles available and help determine what is right for you.  Our trained installers will then professionally install the product to your complete satisfaction.   

Custom finishes on every order.

All paint and stain finishes are custom matched to your specifications and satisfaction. Our  16 step finishing process provides you with a furniture quality finish that is unparalleled in  the industry.

Quality construction featuring  1 1/8 stock thickness, glued and doweled joints, and tension screws.

A panel thickness of  1 1/8” provides 30% greater strength than a  ¾” product.  The panels can be built wider and taller and have very few warping tendencies. The glued and  doweled joint is the strongest possible and tension screws provide the owner with the ability to adjust louver tightness.

Framed installations on virtually all jobs.

By far and away, a framed installation provides the most complete and finished look for the product. Not only does it conceal the side of the hinge, but it also allows the shutter to blend more effectively with the existing window trim. Framed installations are also a wonderful compensation for an out  of square window.          

Elliptical  louvers are available in three sizes.

A choice of three louver sizes ( 2 ½, 3 ½, 4 ½) gives the buyer an array of styles to fit either a traditional look or a more contemporary flair, in a residential or commercial  setting.  The elliptical shape adds character to the product while providing extra strength due to the thickness.
